Add water to both bowls and fenugreek seeds to the urad dal. Leave to soak for 4 to 6 hours.
- Blend the Soaked Mixture
Strain the urad dal and fenugreek seeds, add to a blender with fresh water and blend until smooth and fluffy.

Heat a skillet, pour batter in the center, sprinkle toppings, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
