- Gather the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 425 F.
- Prepare the Baking Sheet
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Cook the Bacon
Bake the bacon in the oven until cooked through and crisp, about 16 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Prepare the Pizza Crust
Unroll the pizza crust onto a large sheet pan and gently stretch it to fit all the way to the edges.
- Assemble the Pizza
Top the par-baked crust with cheese, onion and pepper mixture, and spoon the eggs evenly. Add chopped bacon on top before baking again.
