- Gather the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and measure them out before starting the recipe.
- Cook the Veggies in the Skillet
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, and ham. Sauté for about 2 minutes until lightly browned and the veggies are tender.
- Prepare the Skillet for Eggs
Remove the veggies and ham to a plate. Carefully wipe out the skillet with a dry paper towel.
- Cook the Beaten Eggs
Lower the heat to medium-low and add the butter. Once melted, tilt the pan and add the eggs.
